In line with our dedication to transparency and fairness, we have established the following Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. Donations and Contributions:
– All donations made to Sakshamneev are non-refundable. We appreciate and value every contribution we receive, as it directly impacts the education and well-being of backward class students.
– In the event of an accidental donation or an error in the donation amount, please contact our support team at getintouch@sakshamneev.org within 24 hours of the transaction for assistance.

2. Educational Programs and Services:
– Refunds for educational programs or services, such as workshops, training sessions, or other events, will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
– Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to getintouch@sakshamneev.org at least seven (7) days before the scheduled program or service. Refunds requested within seven days of the event may not be granted.

3. Cancellation of Sponsorships:
– Sponsors supporting the education of a specific student or program may cancel their sponsorship at any time. However, any contributions made prior to the cancellation are non-refundable.
– To cancel a sponsorship, sponsors must notify Sakshamneev in writing at getintouch@sakshamneev.org. The cancellation will take effect from the date of the written notification.

4. Change of Mind:
– Sakshamneev understands that circumstances may change, and donors or sponsors may reconsider their commitments. While we appreciate your support, we are unable to refund donations or contributions due to a change of mind.

5. Event Cancellation:
– In the rare event that Sakshamneev must cancel a scheduled program, workshop, or event, registered participants will be notified promptly.
– Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 days from the date of cancellation.
